- Dunholme St Chad's values the relationship it has with parents and carers and operates an open door policy. If you are unhappy, have a concern or need clarification on any aspect of the work of the school please contact us to talk to the relevant person usually in the first incidence the class teacher if class related or the headteacher. By working together we hope we can resolve any concerns you have. If you are still unhappy and wish to make a formal complaint please refer to the Complaints Procedure 2022.
